Join the Bouligny Improvement Association
You are cordially invited to join together with your neighbors in the BIA to address issues such as crime, blight, zoning, and the other challenges facing our diverse, growing, and changing neighborhood. Our objectives are to be effective, to get to know each other, and to have our voices heard.
